EXPERIENCED RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGER – Dorrigo NSW
Ray White Rural Dorrigo Bellingen is offering an incredible opportunity in the renowned mid-North Coast Hinterland region.
We are currently seeking a confident, highly motivated and self-driven team member to join our dynamic business.
We have a fast-paced role available as a Property Manager based in Dorrigo and working with a rent roll that covers the Dorrigo Plateau to the Coffs Coast.
Duties will include:
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
• Assisting with tenant retention
• On-boarding new tenants to the existing portfolio
• Rent reviews and condition inspections/reports
• Mid-Month, End of Month and EOFY Processing
• Trust Account compliance
• Outgoings on charge management and reconciliations
• Bond management
• Lease expiry and renewal management
• Accurate data and document management
• Property Management software enhancements
The ideal candidate will have:
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate having previous Property Management experience managing a portfolio with appropriate Certificate of Registration or higher qualification. In addition, we are seeking a candidate with a mature, professional and positive approach.
• Professional presentation
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven computer skills
• Strong negotiation, organisation and time management skills
• A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service
• Mature outlook & ability to pivot easily when needed by the client or the role
• Current Driver’s License & reliable vehicle.
